INGREDIENTS
- Sadia Mid-joint Wing 500gm
- 5 Whole Garlic
- 2 Red Chili (De-seed & cut into 4)
- Thai Basil 5gm
- Ginger Slice 5gm
- Rice Wine/ Hua Tiao Jiu (optional) 2tbsp
- Oyster Sauce 10gm
- Water 100gm
- Sugar 20gm
- Light Soya Sauce 20gm
Marinade:
- Sesame Oil 10gm
- Light Soya Sauce 10gm
- Dark Soya Sauce 10gm
- Hua Tiao Jiu 10gm
METHOD
- Put all ingredients for chicken marinate in a bowl & marinate chicken winglet for an hour
- Drain marinated chicken and fry in hot oil for 30 secs & set aside
- In a new frying pan over medium heat, add garlic, ginger and fry till brown
- Add in chicken wing, basil, red chili and continue to fry for 1 min
- Deglaze with rice wine or water then add oyster sauce
- Thicken with corn starch
