Baked Honey-Sriracha Drumettes

INGREDIENTS
Chicken- 1 pack Sadia One by One Chicken Drumette
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 ½ tsp ground thyme
- 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp raw honey
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 175°C and line a baking sheet with aluminium foil.
- In a bowl, mix 1 packet of Sadia Chicken Drumette with the olive oil, thyme, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Ensure chicken is thoroughy coated. Then place the drumettes on the baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone reads 74°C.
- While the chicken drumettes are baking, make the sauce. In a saucepan over low heat, combine honey, butter, sriracha, and soy sauce. Cook for 5 minutes until the butter melts and the sauce becomes smooth.
- Pour sauce into a large bowl and toss the baked chicken in it until coated. Serve and enjoy!
