Beef Dendeng Pizza

INGREDIENTS

Beef 
  • 1 pack of Sadia Beef Dendeng 
Ingredients
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour 
  • 2½ tsp instant dry yeast 
  • 1 tsp caster sugar
  • 1/4 cup warm water 
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 
  • 1/2 mozzarella, shredded
  • 1/2 chili, sliced
  • 1/2 spring onion, chopped

METHOD

  1. Pour warm water in a bowl, add sugar and yeast. Mix and set aside for 5 minutes.
  2. In another large bowl, mix flour and salt. Next, add the water, sugar and yeast from earlier followed by olive oil. Knead all the ingredients for 10–15 minutes or till a dough is formed. 
  3. Take a new big bowl and brush it with oil. Place the dough in it and brush more oil on top of the dough. Proof for 1–2 hours or until dough doubled in size. 
  4. Then, knead the dough again for 1–2 minutes and form it into a ball. Let it rest for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat oven to 280°C to bake your dough later.
  6. While the oven is preheating, airfry the Sadia Beef Dendeng using the instructions on the package. 
  7. Next, place dough on floured parchment paper. Stretch the ball of dough with your knuckles. Shred the cooked Sadia Beef Dendeng and spread around. 
  8. Top with chili slices and chopped up spring onion.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
