Beef Rendang Wraps

INGREDIENTS
- 400g (1 packet) of Sadia Beef Rendang
- 1/4 red cabbage, finely sliced
- 1/2 cup roasted salted peanuts, chopped
- 100g bean sprouts
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 small tortillas
- Fresh mint leaves
- Fresh coriander leaves
- Red chilli, sliced
- A slice of lime (for squeezing)
METHOD
- Add finely sliced cabbage to a large bowl and sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Massage the cabbage until it has softened slightly and set aside.
- Place the inner pack of Sadia Beef Rendang in a pot of boiling water and heat up for 8 to 10 minutes and heat according to instructions. Once ready, remove from packet and set aside.
- Heat the wraps on either side on a skillet or microwave for 3 seconds.
- Shred the beef chunks in the rendang into bite-sized pieces.
- Assemble the wraps taco-style, starting with the tortilla, and then pickled cabbage and sprouts, then the beef rendang, and finish with chopped peanuts on top.
- Garnish with mint, coriander, sliced chilli, and a squeeze of lime.
- Plate and serve.
