Beef Shabu Shabu Udon

INGREDIENTS
Beef- Desired slices of Sadia Shabu Shabu
- Soy sauce
- 50g bonito flakes
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp green onion, chopped
- 1 serving of Udon noodles
METHOD
- In a medium pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Once the water reaches a boil, turn off the heat and add the bonito flakes to the water to make the broth. Allow it to steep for 2 minutes.
- Strain the bonito flakes from the broth and set the broth aside in a bowl.
- At low heat, return the strained broth to the pot and add salt, soy sauce, and sugar. Mix everything thoroughly and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add the onion to the broth and your desired amount of Sadia Beef Shabu Shabu slices and let it simmer for another 3 mins.
- Then, add the udon noodles. Cook it for 10 minutes. Once your noodles are cooked, transfer everything into a bowl.
- Garnish with green onion. Enjoy your delicious beef udon!
