Beef Shabu Shabu with Spinach

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack Sadia Beef Shabu Shabu (400g)
- 2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup yellow onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) field peas, drained and rinsed
- 1 pack (5-6 oz.) baby spinach
- Salt and black pepper to taste
METHOD
- Thaw beef shabu shabu fully before preparing.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until tender.
- Add garlic and cook an additional 30 seconds.
- Add beef shabu shabu, spinach and field peas and stir until heated and cooked through.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir to mix well for another 30 seconds.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
