Beef Spaghetti Bolognese

INGREDIENTS
- 300g beef, minced
- 200g spaghetti (4 servings)
- 1 can (170g) tomato paste
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped roughly
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
METHOD
- Add in pasta and water just enough to cover the pasta.
- Add bay leaf, garlic, onion, carrots and tomato paste next.
- Prepare minced beef in a bowl, season with salt and pepper. Mix evenly and add to the rice cooker pot.
- Cover lid and set rice cooker to cook.
- When completed, open lid and mix up all the ingredients. Scoop to serve. (Optional: Add parmesan cheese on top!)
