Bistro Burger

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack Sadia Primo Beef Burger with Cheddar Cheese
- 60g ketchup
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp hot sauce
- 4 slices thick-cut turkey bacon, halved crosswise
- 4 large eggs
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 tbsp butter, unsalted and melted, for brushing
- 4 slices cheddar cheese butter
METHOD
- Mix the ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, chilli powder and hot sauce in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until crisp, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and set aside bacon.
- Heat the skillet over medium-high heat. Add Sadia Primo Beef patties to the skillet and cook until nicely browned. Set aside.
- Using same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of butter and break eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set, sunny side up style. Season with salt and pepper.
- Meanwhile, brush the buns with melted butter. Place them on a pan to toast, slightly browned.
- Finally, build your burger by placing the burger patty on the bottom bun. Add a slice of cheese, 2 pieces of turkey bacon and top with a fried egg. Spread the top bun with some of the spiced ketchup and place on top. Time to tuck in!
