Chicken breast with dark caramel soy, peanuts and ikan billis (Stove-top)

INGREDIENTS
- 1kg Sadia 1-by-1 Chicken Breast, cut into thick strips
- 30g fish sauce
- 10g corn starch
- 10g sesame oil
- 10g sugar
- Place (A) into the resealable bag and chill in the fridge for 24 hours.
- 60g peanuts
- 15g Ikan billis
- 15g oil
- 30g dark caramel sauce (or kicap manis)
METHOD
- Heat pan with oil over medium heat.
- Pan fry (A) for 10 minutes until fully cooked
- Add dark caramel sauce to deglaze pan
- Garnish with peanuts and ikan billis.
