Chicken Crostini

INGREDIENTS
Chicken- 1 pack of Sadia 1 by 1 Chicken Fillet
- 1 pack of crostini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic, chopped
- 1/4 bell peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup goat cheese
- Thyme, chopped
METHOD
- Firstly, preheat the oven to 176˚C. While preheating, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the crostinis on the baking sheet.
- Brush the slices with 1 tablespoon of olive oil then bake for 10 minutes. Once done, set it aside to cool off.
- To prepare the mixture, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pepper, garlic, salt, bell peppers and cook for 6 minutes.
- In the same skillet, cook the Sadia 1 by 1 Chicken Fillet into the mixture based on package instructions.
- Spread the goat cheese on each crostini.
- Top each with the chicken mixture, pressing it down lightly on each crostini.
- Finally, sprinkle with some thyme. Serve on a plate and enjoy!
