Chicken Cucumber Roll-ups

INGREDIENTS
Chicken- 1 pack of Sadia Pepper Grilled Chicken Breast
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tbsp light cream cheese
- 1 tsp sriracha chilli sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp spring onions
METHOD
- Start off with cooking the Sadia Pepper Grilled Chicken Breast based on the package instructions. Once done, shred the chicken and place the pieces in a bowl.
- Thinly slice the cucumber lengthwise with a vegetable peeler to create 6 thin strips.
- Spread the cream cheese evenly across the cucumber.
- Once done, add the shredded chicken, seasame seeds and sriracha chili sauce on top throughout the cucumber.
- Roll the cucumber strip tightly around the filling to create a roll. Secure the roll with a toothpick if necessary.
- Arrange the rolls on a serving plate.
- Garnish with some spring onions and enjoy!
