Chicken fillet in sesame oil and soy sauce (Steamer)

INGREDIENTS
(A)- 1kg Sadia 1-by-1 Chicken Fillet, cut to bite-sized pieces
- 30g fish sauce
- 10g corn starch
- 10g sesame oil
- 10g sugar
Mix (A) in a resealable bag, and chill for 24 hours.
(B)
- 100g light soy sauce
- 25g sesame oil
- 50g oyster sauce
- 150g sugar
- 300g water
METHOD
- Steam (A) for 10 minutes
- Bring (B) to a boil, stirring to a thick consistency
- Pour sauce over the steamed chicken and garnish with spring onions
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
