Chicken Kebab

INGREDIENTS
- 450g Sadia Helper Cuts Chicken Minced
- 1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
- 300g cilantro leaves, finely chopped
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 3 tbsp chickpea flour
- Cooking oil for frying
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients, except oil, in a large bowl until well incorporated. Set aside to marinate in the fridge for at least an hour
- Divide the meat into 10-12 equal portions and form into 1cm-thick patties
- Heat enough oil to coat a wide non-stick pan, and shallow fry the patties for 3-5 mins on each side or till they are completely cooked through
- Serve hot with some green chutney or ketchup on the side!
