Chicken Mid Joint Wing with chicken rice paste, kicap manis and onions stew (Slow Cooker)

INGREDIENTS
- 1kg Sadia 1-by-1 Chicken Mid Joint Wing
- 150g Chicken rice paste
- 100g water
- 30g kicap manis (dark caramel sauce)
- 15g fried shallots
METHOD
- Mix wings with chicken rice paste, water and kicap manis
- Place marinated wings in a slow cooker and cook on high heat for 2 hours, or low heat for 6 hours
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
