Chicken Mushroom Dijon

INGREDIENTS
Chicken- 4 pcs Sadia One by One Chicken Breast, thawed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup sliced swiss brown mushrooms (or any mushroom of your choice)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
METHOD
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the thawed chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Add to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add mushrooms and garlic. Cook until mushrooms are tender, about 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, and dijon mustard. Bring to a simmer and cook until the sauce thickens, about 4-5 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve. Enjoy!
