Chicken Mushroom Dijon

INGREDIENTS

Chicken 
  • 4 pcs Sadia One by One Chicken Breast, thawed
Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup sliced swiss brown mushrooms (or any mushroom of your choice)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Garnish
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

METHOD

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the thawed chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Add to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and garlic. Cook until mushrooms are tender, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, and dijon mustard. Bring to a simmer and cook until the sauce thickens, about 4-5 minutes.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve. Enjoy!
