Chicken, Nectarine and Avocado Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack Lemony Greek Yoghurt Grilled Chicken Breast
  • 240g fresh baby spinach
  • 2 medium nectarines, thinly sliced
  • 83g feta cheese, crumbled
  • lemon salad dressing
  • 1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
  • 110g granola with fruits and nuts

METHOD

  1. Reheat the Lemony Greek Yoghurt Grilled Chicken Breast in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C.
  2. In a large bowl, combine spinach, nectarines, chicken and feta.
  3. Drizzle the salad with dressing and toss to coat.
  4. Top with avocado and granola. Serve immediately.
