Chicken, Nectarine and Avocado Salad

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack Lemony Greek Yoghurt Grilled Chicken Breast
- 240g fresh baby spinach
- 2 medium nectarines, thinly sliced
- 83g feta cheese, crumbled
- lemon salad dressing
- 1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
- 110g granola with fruits and nuts
METHOD
- Reheat the Lemony Greek Yoghurt Grilled Chicken Breast in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C.
- In a large bowl, combine spinach, nectarines, chicken and feta.
- Drizzle the salad with dressing and toss to coat.
- Top with avocado and granola. Serve immediately.
