Chicken Pakora

INGREDIENTS
Chicken Breast- 1 pack of Sadia Minced Chicken
Ingredients
- 5 tbsp flour
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/4 turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 cup of coriander leaves, chopped
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
Garnishing
- 1 tsp chaat masala powder
- 1 tsp pickled onions
METHOD
- First, to prepare the Chicken Pakota batter, combine the Sadia Minced Chicken, flour, onions, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander leaves, and salt in a bowl. Mix everything together thoroughly until well combined.
- Using a Kuzhi Paniyaram Pan, add the oil on medium high heat.
- Add the Chicken Pakota batter into the pan, let them pan-fry until they are golden and brown on both sides for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Once fried, arrange the Chicken Pakota pieces on a plate.
- Place some pickled onions on the side and sprinkle with chaat masala powder. Enjoy!
