Chicken Pakora

INGREDIENTS

Chicken Breast
  • 1 pack of Sadia Minced Chicken

Ingredients
  • 5 tbsp flour 
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4 turmeric powder 
  • 1 tsp red chili powder 
  • 1/2 cup of coriander leaves, chopped
  • 2 tsp salt  
  • 1 tbsp oil 
 
Garnishing
  • 1 tsp chaat masala powder 
  • 1 tsp pickled onions 

METHOD

  1. First, to prepare the Chicken Pakota batter, combine the Sadia Minced Chicken, flour, onions, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander leaves, and salt in a bowl. Mix everything together thoroughly until well combined.
  2. Using a Kuzhi Paniyaram Pan, add the oil on medium high heat. 
  3. Add the Chicken Pakota batter into the pan, let them pan-fry until they are golden and brown on both sides for 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Once fried, arrange the Chicken Pakota pieces on a plate.
  5. Place some pickled onions on the side and sprinkle with chaat masala powder. Enjoy!
