1 medium sized potatoes, peeled & chopped into small chunks
Salt and pepper
1/2 clove garlic
1/2 large onion peeled and finely chopped
1 egg, slightly whisked with a fork
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Sautee onion and garlic with some oil and white pepper.
Add in chicken, carrots and potatoes. Stir fry until the chicken is cooked. Add in mixed vegetables, season with pepper and salt. Stir evenly and cook till ready.
Roll out pastry and fill in with chicken fillings. Use a fork to press the edges.
Brush the top with egg and bake till ready!
