Chicken Stuffed Bell Peppers

INGREDIENTS

Chicken
  • 1 pack of  Sadia Chicken Breast
 Ingredients
  • 4 bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp paprika 
  • 1 cup onion, chopped 
  • 1 cup carrots, diced 
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil

METHOD

  1. Firstly, preheat the oven to 176˚C. While preheating, cut the the peppers in half and remove the seeds and ribs.
  2. In a pan, combine the olive oil, carrots, onion and cook under medium-high heat. 
  3. In the same pan, add the Sadia Chicken Breast followed by the cream cheese and mix together.
  4. Once cooked, add equal amounts of the filling to the pepper halves.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top of the peppers.
  6. Bake the peppers for 25 minutes.
  7. On a serving plate, add the peppers on a plate and enjoy!
