Chicken Stuffed Bell Peppers

INGREDIENTS
Chicken- 1 pack of Sadia Chicken Breast
- 4 bell peppers
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
METHOD
- Firstly, preheat the oven to 176˚C. While preheating, cut the the peppers in half and remove the seeds and ribs.
- In a pan, combine the olive oil, carrots, onion and cook under medium-high heat.
- In the same pan, add the Sadia Chicken Breast followed by the cream cheese and mix together.
- Once cooked, add equal amounts of the filling to the pepper halves.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top of the peppers.
- Bake the peppers for 25 minutes.
- On a serving plate, add the peppers on a plate and enjoy!
