Chicken Tikka Masala

INGREDIENTS
Chicken- 1 pack of Sadia Chicken Thigh
Ingredients
- 1 onion, minced
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp crushed ginger
- 1 cup of tomato puree
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup plain yoghurt
- 1 tsp salt
Garnishing
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Parsley, chopped
METHOD
- Start with pre-heating the oven to 200ºC.
- To create the sauce, combine all the ingredients except the chicken, in a blender and blend till smooth.
- In an oven plate, add the Sadia Chicken Thigh and pour the blended sauce over.
- Allow to bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
- Turn on the grill/broiler and allow the top of the chicken to caramelise for another 5-10 minutes.
- Once cooked, place the chicken thigh in a bowl and serve with some sliced lemons on the side. Dig in!
