Chicky Chicky Parm Parm

INGREDIENTS
- 400g Sadia 1 by 1 Chicken Fillet, thawed
- 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Chopped fresh basil or parsley for garnishing
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 200ºC. In a large baking or casserole dish, layer chicken fillet. Poke some holes in each fillet with a fork.
- And this is when the little masterchefs get a chance to shine! Let them help to spoon over marinara or pizza sauce to cover the chicken. Season with some salt and pepper to your liking
- Sprinkle all over with mozzarella. Bake until cooked through, for about 30 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped basil or parsley and serve!
