Creamy Chicken and Corn Skillet

INGREDIENTS

Chicken 
  • 1 piece of Sadia Creamy Italian Chicken 
Ingredients
  • 2 cups corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Garnish
  • Fresh parsley, chopped 

METHOD

  1. Prepare the Sadia Creamy Italian Chicken as per packaging instructions. 
  2. While the chicken is heating up, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Then, sauté the diced onion until it becomes soft, for about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. In the same skillet, stir in the corn kernels and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Once the Sadia Creamy Italian Chicken is cooked, open the package and add the chicken along with its sauce to the skillet. Stir to combine and heat through.
  6. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy!
