Creamy Chicken and Corn Skillet

INGREDIENTS
Chicken- 1 piece of Sadia Creamy Italian Chicken
- 2 cups corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped
METHOD
- Prepare the Sadia Creamy Italian Chicken as per packaging instructions.
- While the chicken is heating up, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Then, sauté the diced onion until it becomes soft, for about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- In the same skillet, stir in the corn kernels and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Once the Sadia Creamy Italian Chicken is cooked, open the package and add the chicken along with its sauce to the skillet. Stir to combine and heat through.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy!
