Crispy Chicken Rice Bites

INGREDIENTS

Chicken 
  • 1 pack of Sadia Chicken Boneless Leg 
Ingredients 
  • 1 cup sushi rice (dry)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1½  tsp sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 5 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 scallion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp spicy mayo 
  • 1 tsp oil
Garnish 
  • 2 tbsp chives or spring onions, sliced

METHOD

  1. To begin, start with boiling the Sadia Chicken Boneless Leg according to the package instructions. 
  2. Once done, transfer the boiled chicken into a bowl and shred the chicken. 
  3. In a pan, mix the shredded chicken with about 3 tbsp of the teriyaki sauce on low heat. Once cooled, add to a bowl with other ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Cook the rice according to your sushi rice package. Once cooked, mix in sugar and rice vinegar and stir in another bowl.
  5. Then, cut into squares and shallow fry in some high heat oil in a pan.
  6. Place the chicken mixture on top of each crispy rice evenly.
  7. Top with teriyaki sauce, spicy mayo and a green onions. 
  8. Enjoy!
