Dendeng Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
- 8 slices of bread
- 4 eggs (beaten)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 shallots, sliced
- 1 cucumber
- 4 tsp honey
- 4 slices of Sadia Beef Dendeng (thawed)
- 2 tbsp chilli sauce (sweet)
METHOD
- Spread butter both sides on 2 slices of bread. On a pan at medium heat, toast both sides of the bread until slightly browned. Meanwhile, slice the cucumber and shallots thinly. Set aside.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl. In a pan over medium heat, melt 2 tbsp of unsalted butter and fry the beaten eggs. Separate into four portions and set aside.
- In the same pan, heat up Sadia Dendeng using the instructions on the package, over medium heat without oil.
- Place Sadia Dendeng, sliced shallots, sliced cucumbers, and fried omelette on a piece of toasted bread. Drizzle some chilli sauce over and top it with the other toasted bread.
- Plate and serve, or pack it for later!
