Economic Beehoon with Honey-baked Wings

INGREDIENTS

Chicken
  • 1 pack of Sadia Honey Baked Chicken Wings
Ingredients
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 shallots, minced
  • 1/2 cabbage, shredded 
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 1½ water
  • 1 bee hoon, soaked
Seasoning Sauce
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp ground white pepper

METHOD

  1. Firstly, pour hot water over the dry bee hoon in a bowl. Soak for 10 minutes until soft.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and ground white pepper to make the seasoning sauce. Once done, set it aside. 
  3. Airfry the Sadia Honey Baked Chicken Wings according to instructions given.
  4. While the chicken is cooking, heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant. Then add carrots and cabbage, stir, and cook until soft. 
  5. Then, add the seasoning sauce from step 2 and bee hoon to the same pan. Cook and toss them until evenly coated.
  6. Once done, portion the fried bee hoon on a plate followed by the chicken wings.
  7. Garnish with spring onions and enjoy!
