Economic Beehoon with Honey-baked Wings

INGREDIENTS
Chicken- 1 pack of Sadia Honey Baked Chicken Wings
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 shallots, minced
- 1/2 cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot julienned
- 1½ water
- 1 bee hoon, soaked
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp ground white pepper
METHOD
- Firstly, pour hot water over the dry bee hoon in a bowl. Soak for 10 minutes until soft.
- In a separate bowl, mix the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and ground white pepper to make the seasoning sauce. Once done, set it aside.
- Airfry the Sadia Honey Baked Chicken Wings according to instructions given.
- While the chicken is cooking, heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant. Then add carrots and cabbage, stir, and cook until soft.
- Then, add the seasoning sauce from step 2 and bee hoon to the same pan. Cook and toss them until evenly coated.
- Once done, portion the fried bee hoon on a plate followed by the chicken wings.
- Garnish with spring onions and enjoy!
