Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 package (13.5 ounce) Sadia Chicken Franks, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 package (8 ounces) fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Method

  1. Boil spaghetti, Drain water
  2. In a skillet, brown sausage in oil for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Add mushrooms, garlic and seasonings. Continue to cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in tomatoes, basil and prepared pasta.
  5. Toss lightly; heat through.
  6. Serve.
