Fusilli Casserole

INGREDIENTS
- 4 Sadia Beef Burger Patties
- 1-2 cans pasta sauce
- 2 cups cheese (cheddar and mozarella mix)
- 4 servings macaroni / fusilli / similar
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- chilli / mustard powder (optional)
METHOD
- Cook beef burger patty on pan per instructions. Quarter up the burger patties.
- Boil the fusilli.
- Once fusilli is cooked and drained, add chopped onions, peppers, and 1 cup of cheese in. Mix them up.
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Line bottom of casserole with 1/3 of macaroni mix.
- Place burger patties on next, evenly spread.
- Pour over the pasta sauce and sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese.
- Layer the macaroni mix, then sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese over the top. Sprinkle chilli/mustard powder (optional).
- Place dish in oven and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. Let it stand for 10 minutes before serving.
