Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers

INGREDIENTS
Chicken- 1/2 a pack of Sadia One by One Chicken Fillet (4-5 pcs)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 5 tbsp butter
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup parmesan, grated
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
METHOD
- Firstly, begin with mixing the ingredients for the chicken seasoning in a bowl and set it aside for later.
- Next, cut the Sadia One by One Chicken Fillet into 2-inch pieces and place them in a large bowl.
- In the large bowl, add in olive oil to coat the chicken pieces, and then the chicken seasoning. Mix well and ensure they are all coated.
- Once done, add the chicken onto each skewer. Trim the ends of the sticks to ensure they are able to fit in the air fryer.
- To create the sauce, add the butter and garlic in a microwave-safe bowl and heat until soft - ensure it's not melted. Add in cayenne pepper, hot sauce, parsley, and parmesan.
- Whisk these ingredients together until combined and baste the chicken skewers on both sides.
- Place 3 skewers at a time in an air fryer and cook at 200°C for 7 minutes.
- Flip the skewers and return to cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Once done, place the skewers on a plate then sprinkle with the grated parmesan and chopped parsley for garnishing. Enjoy!
