Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers

INGREDIENTS

Chicken
  • 1/2 a pack of Sadia One by One Chicken Fillet (4-5 pcs)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
  • 5 tbsp butter 
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 1/3 cup parmesan, grated
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper 
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
Chicken Seasoning 
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt 
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper 

METHOD

  1. Firstly, begin with mixing the ingredients for the chicken seasoning in a bowl and set it aside for later.
  2. Next, cut the Sadia One by One Chicken Fillet into 2-inch pieces and place them in a large bowl.
  3. In the large bowl, add in olive oil to coat the chicken pieces, and then the chicken seasoning. Mix well and ensure they are all coated.
  4. Once done, add the chicken onto each skewer. Trim the ends of the sticks to ensure they are able to fit in the air fryer.
  5. To create the sauce, add the butter and garlic in a microwave-safe bowl and heat until soft - ensure it's not melted. Add in cayenne pepper, hot sauce, parsley, and parmesan. 
  6. Whisk these ingredients together until combined and baste the chicken skewers on both sides.
  7. Place 3 skewers at a time in an air fryer and cook at 200°C for 7 minutes.
  8. Flip the skewers and return to cook for an additional 5 minutes. 
  9. Once done, place the skewers on a plate then sprinkle with the grated parmesan and chopped parsley for garnishing. Enjoy!
