10 mins 1 SERVINGS
INGREDIENTS
Burger Patties- 2 slices of Sadia Beef Burger Patties
- 1 tbsp of olive oil or butter
- 1/2 cup of broccoli, pre blanched in boiling water
- 1/4 cup of frozen or canned corn
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup of grapes
- 1 Egg
- Furikake (rice seasoning), to taste
METHOD
- Heat a skillet or frying pan over medium heat and add the olive oil or butter.
- Once the oil is hot, add the broccoli florets, frozen or canned corn, and shredded carrots to the pan.
- Sauté the vegetables for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and slightly caramelised.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Once the vegetables are cooked to your liking, remove them from the pan and set them aside.
- In the same pan, crack an egg and cook it sunny side up until the whites are set but the yolk is still runny. Set the egg aside.
- Prepare Sadia Beef Burger Patties according to the packaging instructions using the same pan. You may cut it into fun shapes using a cookie cutter!
- Once everything is cooked, assemble your Hamburg Rice Bento with the cooked Japanese short-grain rice as the base. Next, add the egg above the rice. Then, pack the bento with the beef burger patties, and the sautéed broccoli, corn, shredded carrots and grapes.
- Sprinkle some furikake rice seasoning over the rice for extra flavour. Enjoy!
