Har Cheong Gai with Spicy Mayo

INGREDIENTS

Chicken Wings
  • 1 pack of Sadia Prawn Paste Chicken Wings (Har Cheong Gai)
Spicy Mayonnaise Dipping Sauce
  • 8 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tbsp Sriracha sauce or other hot sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • Salt (to taste)

METHOD

  1. Air fry the Sadia Prawn Paste Chicken Wings as per packaging instructions. 
  2. While waiting for the wings to be done, prepare the Spicy Mayonnaise Dipping Sauce. Add the mayonnnaise, sriracha sauce, lemon juice and crushed garlic into a bowl.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Remove the Sadia Prawn Paste Chicken Wings from the airfryer and place it on a plate. Serve with the Spicy Mayonnaise Dipping Sauce on the side.
