Har Cheong Gai with Spicy Mayo

INGREDIENTS
Chicken Wings- 1 pack of Sadia Prawn Paste Chicken Wings (Har Cheong Gai)
- 8 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 ½ tbsp Sriracha sauce or other hot sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- Salt (to taste)
METHOD
- Air fry the Sadia Prawn Paste Chicken Wings as per packaging instructions.
- While waiting for the wings to be done, prepare the Spicy Mayonnaise Dipping Sauce. Add the mayonnnaise, sriracha sauce, lemon juice and crushed garlic into a bowl.
- Mix until well combined.
- Remove the Sadia Prawn Paste Chicken Wings from the airfryer and place it on a plate. Serve with the Spicy Mayonnaise Dipping Sauce on the side.
