INGREDIENTS
- Sadia Chicken Drumette
- Pineapple in natural juice (can) 200ml
- Tomato Ketchup 150gm
- Light Soy Sauce 60gm
- Brown Sugar 40gm
- Malt Vinegar 20gm
- Garlic Cloves – minced 20gm
- Fresh Ginger – grated 5gm
- Paprika Powder 10gm
- Onion Powder 5gm
- Cumin Powder 2.5gm
- Olive Oil
METHOD
Marination:
- Add all ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to a boil
- Lower heat to medium and simmer for 10 minutes or so until it’s reduced by 1/3 and is a bit syrupy
- Allow marinade glaze to cool off. Marinate chicken drumettes with it for at least 4 hours
Baking of Chicken:
- Preheat oven to 200°C
- Lay marinate chicken evenly on a baking tray
- Place chicken in the oven and bake for 10 mins over 200°C
