Honey Garlic Chicken

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 pack (or 700g) Sadia Chicken Boneless Leg
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
METHOD
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- Cut chicken piece into small cubes
- Lightly season cubed chicken with salt and pepper
- Brown seasoned chicken on the skillet, about 1-2 mins on each side, and remove from heat
- Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic and red pepper flakes in a small bowl until well combined to form a glaze
- Heat glaze in the skillet on low heat, and add the chicken cubes after a slight reduction. Coat chicken and cook till well done
- Top the dish with green onions, sesame seeds and a squeeze of lime juice, if desired. Serve with some warm rice if preferred.
