Honey roasted chicken noodle

INGREDIENTS
- 1 packet of Sadia Honey Roasted Chicken Leg
- 2 servings of egg noodles
- 2 servings of bok choy
- Chilli padi, cut
- Spring onions, chopped
Sauce for noodles (per bowl):
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp shallot oil
METHOD
- Prepare chicken per packaging.
- Blanch bok choy and set aside.
- Prepare sauce for egg noodles (per bowl) and set aside.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and add egg noodles in. Stir and swirl it constantly for 30 seconds. Then, remove and run the noodles under cold running water for 10 seconds.
- Return the noodles to the boiling water for another 20 seconds.
- Transfer noodles into the bowls of sauce and toss the noodles thoroughly.
- Place chicken leg and bok choy on the tossed noodles.
- Sprinkle chopped spring onions.
- Add cut chilli padi to 1 tablespoon of soy sauce in a small dish as condiment. The dish is ready to be served.
