Hot Sauce Drumsticks

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack Sadia Chicken Drumstick
- Oil or butter
- 1-2 green bell pepper, cut in strips
- 1-2 onion, sliced
- 400g stewed tomatoes
- 170g tomato paste
- Garlic, mashed
- 1 tsp tabasco or any hot sauce
- 1 chicken stock cube
METHOD
- Put some oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- Add Sadia Chicken Drumsticks to the pan and brown all sides
- Add bell peppers, onion and garlic
- Cut stewed tomatoes into smaller pieces and add to the pan together with tomato paste
- Add chicken stock cube and hot sauce
- Simmer for about 15 mins, or until chicken is fully cooked
- Taste and add salt or hot sauce if needed. If the tomatoes taste a bit too tangy, try adding some sugar
- Enjoy with hot, steamed rice.
