METHOD

  1. Season Sadia Stir Fry Beef with salt, black pepper, 2 tbsp of oil, and 1½ tbsp of curry powder. Set it aside to sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Add 1 tbsp oil and the sliced onions into your cooking pan. Turn the heat up to medium-high and saute the onions for 5-6 minutes or until it turns soft, translucent, and slightly brown. Remove the onions and set them aside.
  3. In a large pot, add 1 tbsp of oil and turn the heat up to medium-high. Add the beef and saute the beef for 3-4 minutes or until it turns brown. Add in the sauteed onions from earlier and mix the beef and onions evenly together.
  4. Next, pour in 6-8 cups of water to the pot and bring it to a simmer. Stir occasionally, so it doesn’t stick to the bottom.
  5. Add in the potatoes and carrots and let it cook until slightly softened.
  6. Add in the grated apple, two pieces of dark chocolate, one pack of curry cubes, and 1½ cups of whole fat coconut milk. Mix till everything is combined and cook for another 5 minutes.
