Lemongrass & Ginger Chicken Stir-Fry

INGREDIENTS
Chicken- 250g Sadia One by One Chicken Fillet (sliced thinly)
- 2 stalks lemongrass (white part only, finely minced) 1-inch ginger (grated)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 red chili (sliced, optional for heat)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp honey or brown sugar
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1⁄2 cup bell peppers (sliced) 1⁄2 cup snap peas
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Fresh coriander for garnish
METHOD
- Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add minced lemongrass, ginger, and garlic. Stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add sliced Sadia One by One Chicken Fillet and cook until golden brown.
- Pour in soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and honey. Stir well to coat.
- Toss in bell peppers, snap peas, and red chili. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Finish with a squeeze of lime juice. Garnish with fresh coriander.
- Serve hot with jasmine rice or noodles.
