Lemongrass & Ginger Chicken Stir-Fry

INGREDIENTS

Chicken
  • 250g Sadia One by One Chicken Fillet (sliced thinly)
Ingredients
  • 2 stalks lemongrass (white part only, finely minced) 1-inch ginger (grated)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 red chili (sliced, optional for heat)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1⁄2 cup bell peppers (sliced) 1⁄2 cup snap peas
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

METHOD

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add minced lemongrass, ginger, and garlic. Stir-fry until fragrant.
  2. Add sliced Sadia One by One Chicken Fillet and cook until golden brown.
  3. Pour in soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and honey. Stir well to coat.
  4. Toss in bell peppers, snap peas, and red chili. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Finish with a squeeze of lime juice. Garnish with fresh coriander.
  6. Serve hot with jasmine rice or noodles.
