Mala Olio Spaghetti

INGREDIENTS
Sichuan Mala Chicken Wings- 1/4 pack spaghetti (for 2 pax)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1.5L water
- 30g fresh shimeiji mushrooms
- 1/4 onion, sliced
- 1 stalk parsley, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 egg
- black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp mala paste
METHOD
- Add water, salt and olive oil to a pot. Add spaghetti when water boils and cook for 8 minutes.
- Prepare Sadia Mala Wings according to instructions on packaging.
- Add olive oil, onions and garlic to pan. Add mushrooms when onions soften.
- Add 2 tbsp spaghetti water, spaghetti, and mala paste.
- Stir gently to mix everything well.
- Carefully plate spaghetti and top it with the wings. Garnish with parsley and serve.
