Mini Nasi Lemak Wings Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
Chicken Wings- 1 pack Sadia Nasi Lemak Wings
- 1 pkt of Hotdog Buns (4 pcs)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced Japanese cucumbers
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 3 tbsp spicy chilli sauce (like sriracha or sambal oelek)
- Fried shallots and chopped spring onions (optional)
METHOD
- Cut each Hotdog Bun into half, and slice in the middle about 2/3 through.
- Heat 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat. Lightly toast the bun pieces in the skillet until golden brown, turning them as needed.
- Air fry Sadia Nasi Lemak Wings as per packaging instructions. Once cooked, shred the meat, keeping the pieces large and visible.
- Prepare the vegetables: thinly slice cucumbers and the hard-boiled eggs.
- Mix the mayo and spicy chilli sauce and spread a small amount of the mixture on the bottom half of each bun.
- Place a generous amount of shredded chicken in each bun, together with sliced cucumbers and egg slices.
- Garnish with fried shallots and spring onions and serve. Enjoy!
