Mini Nasi Lemak Wings Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

Chicken Wings
  • 1 pack Sadia Nasi Lemak Wings
Sliders
  • 1 pkt of Hotdog Buns (4 pcs)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced Japanese cucumbers
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 3 tbsp spicy chilli sauce (like sriracha or sambal oelek)
Garnish
  • Fried shallots and chopped spring onions (optional)

METHOD

  1. Cut each Hotdog Bun into half, and slice in the middle about 2/3 through.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat. Lightly toast the bun pieces in the skillet until golden brown, turning them as needed.
  3. Air fry Sadia Nasi Lemak Wings as per packaging instructions. Once cooked, shred the meat, keeping the pieces large and visible.
  4. Prepare the vegetables: thinly slice cucumbers and the hard-boiled eggs.
  5. Mix the mayo and spicy chilli sauce and spread a small amount of the mixture on the bottom half of each bun.
  6. Place a generous amount of shredded chicken in each bun, together with sliced cucumbers and egg slices.
  7. Garnish with fried shallots and spring onions and serve. Enjoy!
