Mutton Curry

INGREDIENTS
Marinade1 packet Sadia Mutton Cubes
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion
1 ginger
6 cloves garlic
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
2 tbsp red chili powder
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp cilantro
2 tbsp yoghurt
2-4 chopped potatoes
water (optional if using pressure cooker)
METHOD
- In a mixing bowl or ziplock bag, mix ingredients for marinade and marinate mutton cubes in the frige for 30 min - 1h.
- Heat a pan, add marinated meat and saute for a few minutes. Add yoghurt and potatoes and stir well. Add water if gravy is too thick.
- Cook in pressure cooker for 30min at medium heat.
- Garnish with coriander and red chilli before serving.
