Oriental Marinated Baked Chicken

INGREDIENTS
- Sadia Boneless Chicken Leg 2kg
- Ginger Juice 10gm
- Salt 5gm
- Oyster Sauce 5gm
- Soya Sauce 3gm
- Black Soya Sauce 3gm
- Ground Pepper 2gm
- Chicken Powder 2gm
- Five Spice Powder 2gm
- Sesame Oil 1tbsp
- Hua Tiao Jiu 1tbsp
- 2 Garlic Cloves
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and marinate the chicken for 4 hrs
- Place the chicken on a rack (skin side up), pre heat oven to 100°C
- Place the chicken in the oven for 15 mins
- Take out the chicken, set oven to 250°C and bake till colour is nice & brown
- When chicken is cooked, cut into desired slice and thickness
