Salted Egg Yolk Pasta

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack Sadia Helper Cuts Chicken Breast Strips
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 100g butter, melted
- 1g curry leaves
- 2 salted egg yolks
- 50g milk
- 250g pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil (or butter)
- 1 tsp salt
METHOD
- Add Sadia Chicken Breast Strips into a mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper. Marinate in the fridge for about 20min
- Boil pasta with some olive oil (or butter) and a dash of salt
- Pan-fry chicken breast strips in a skillet with some oil over medium heat until cooked through, and set aside
- Melt butter with curry leaves over medium heat
- Mash salted egg yolks into the butter, and stir in milk to cook to a creamy consistency
- Toss pasta and chicken in pan until sauce is well incorporated
- Serve hot!
