Spicy Cheesy Chicken Murtabak

INGREDIENTS
Chicken- Sadia One-by-One Chicken Breast (Skinless)
- 200g Sadia Chicken Breast (Skinless) (minced)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 large onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 4 sheets of roti prata or frozen paratha
- 2 tbsp oil
METHOD
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add minced chicken, curry powder, chili flakes, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Stir-fry until fully cooked.
- Let it cool, then mix with eggs and mozzarella cheese.
- Place a sheet of paratha on a flat surface. Spoon the chicken mixture in the center and fold the edges to form a square.
- Pan-fry on a greased pan over medium heat until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Serve hot with pickled onions and dhal curry.
