Spicy Cheesy Chicken Murtabak

INGREDIENTS

Chicken
  • Sadia One-by-One Chicken Breast (Skinless) 
Ingredients
  • 200g Sadia Chicken Breast (Skinless) (minced)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 large onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 4 sheets of roti prata or frozen paratha
  • 2 tbsp oil

METHOD

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add minced chicken, curry powder, chili flakes, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Stir-fry until fully cooked.
  3. Let it cool, then mix with eggs and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Place a sheet of paratha on a flat surface. Spoon the chicken mixture in the center and fold the edges to form a square.
  5. Pan-fry on a greased pan over medium heat until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  6. Serve hot with pickled onions and dhal curry.
