INGREDIENTS
- Sadia Chicken Boneless Leg 2000gm
- Yam – cut into large cubes 400gm
- Fermented Black Bean 50gm
- Garlic 10gm
- Ginger 5gm
- Salt 8gm
- Black Soya Sauce 5gm
- Light Soya Sauce 10gm
- Sesame Oil 5gm
- Oyster Sauce 10gm
- Pepper 5gm
- 3 Chili – sliced
METHOD
- Marinate all ingredients and chicken leg cube in a large mixing bowl. Let sit for 2 hrs.
- Place chicken on a plate and steam for 30 mins.
- Ready to serve.
