Super Crispy Oven-Baked Chicken Fillet

INGREDIENTS
- 12 pcs Sadia 1-by-1 Chicken Fillet
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 150g Panko Bread Crumbs
- 50g Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 tsp mixed Italian herbs
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Matinara Sauce, to serve (optional)
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 200ºC
- Place chicken fillets on a flat surface, season with salt and pepper, and brush with mayo
- In a bowl, mix panko, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
- Evenly coat each fillet with egg wash and panko mix and place them on a parchment paper lined baking tray
- Bake for 12-15 minutes (depending on how thick they are), flipping them halfway through the cooking process
- Remove from the oven when they turn golden brown and are cooked through
- Serve with marinara sauce or any of your favourite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
