Sweet and Spicy Tenders

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 pack (or 500g) Sadia One by One Chicken Breast (Skinless)
  • 112g tomato paste
  • 2-3 tbsp Sriracha
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped scallions for garnishing (optional)

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 220ºC. Lightly grease baking dish with cooking spray
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper and transfer to the greased baking dish
  3. Combine tomato paste, water, sriracha, brown sugar, and honey in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth
  4. Pour marinade over the chicken evenly till its well coated
  5. Bake for 30-35 mins or until chicken is cooked through, then immediately plate and serve. Garnish with spring onions, if desired.
