Sweet and Spicy Tenders

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 pack (or 500g) Sadia One by One Chicken Breast (Skinless)
- 112g tomato paste
- 2-3 tbsp Sriracha
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Chopped scallions for garnishing (optional)
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 220ºC. Lightly grease baking dish with cooking spray
- Season chicken with salt and pepper and transfer to the greased baking dish
- Combine tomato paste, water, sriracha, brown sugar, and honey in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth
- Pour marinade over the chicken evenly till its well coated
- Bake for 30-35 mins or until chicken is cooked through, then immediately plate and serve. Garnish with spring onions, if desired.
