Taco Soup (Rice Cooker)

INGREDIENTS
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 250g chicken breast strips (1 pack)
- 4 cups chicken broth,
- 400g diced tomatoes (can)
- 1 cup brown rice, raw
- 1 cup corn, drained
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup black beans, canned
METHOD
- Put onions in a hot rice cooker pot with some oil to get them browning.
- Add chicken breast strips to rice cooker and cook until browned.
- Add chicken broth, tomatoes, carrots, brown rice, corn and black beans.
- Set to cook for ~45min.
