Tandoori Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS

Chicken 
  • 1 pack of Sadia One by One Chicken Mid Joint Wing

Ingredients 
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garam masala 
  • 1 tbsp kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced 
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced 
  • 3/4 turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp paprika 
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 2 tsp kosher salt 
  • 3/4 plain yogurt 

Garnishing
  • Parsley, chopped
  • 2 limes

METHOD

  1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients stated above to make the marinade. 
  2. Next, add the Sadia One by One Chicken Mid Joint Wings and toss until well coated. Once done, place the bowl in the refridgerator to marinate for 1 hour. 
  3. Preheat the air fryer for 2 minutes at 190°C. Once preheated, add the chicken wings in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 22 to 25 minutes, removing the basket and shaking it twice in between, about every 8 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, increase the heat to 204°C and cook for 2 to 4 minutes, until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with fresh limes on a plate!
